Hello everyone. My uncle gave me a project car. Last time it started, he was at a red light, and it died on him. I am trying to figure out what is wrong with it—a 2016 Range Rover Sport Se. I checked the ground wire, and it looks good to me—no cracks, bents, etc. I checked the throttle body as well. We have already changed the alternator, fuel pump, starter, and battery. The brake pedal is extremely hard to press down. There's no fuel prime, and no starter clicks. Battery voltage is always dropping to 8.7. Today I'll attempt to look at the fuse box to see if there's a burned fuse. I'm looking for any advice. I hope it's not a seized engine. Below, I attached the code to my obdII
